The problem we address
A clear plan before fieldwork
Studies run more smoothly when the question, method, indicators and budget are settled early. GABS works with you to set these out in documents that your team, institution or funder can review.
What we can prepare
Six distinct pieces of work
Research methodology
The design of the study: who or what is studied, how data will be collected and how it will be analysed.
Proposal development
A written proposal for a study or project, built around your objectives and any requirements set by the funder or institution. Funding decisions rest with the funder, and we do not promise outcomes.
Monitoring and evaluation frameworks
A framework describing what will be tracked and evaluated, and how, over the life of a programme.
Logical frameworks
A logical framework (logframe) that links activities to expected results and indicators.
SWOT analysis
A structured review of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for a project or organisation.
Cost assessment
An assessment of the costs of a planned study or project.
Expected outputs
The output is a document, or set of documents, covering the pieces you commission. The exact format is agreed with you when scope is discussed.
How to enquire
Tell us about your study, any funder or institutional requirements and your deadline. The team will respond to discuss scope, fees and timing.
